Established in 1860. Though our small sake brewery only produces about 54,000 liters, our motto is to insist on Ishikawa-grown ingredients for our brewing, using spring water flowing from Mt. Hakusan, local sake rice, and local yeast.

1860年創業。醸造量は300石(約54,000L)と小規模な酒蔵ですが、酒造りに関わる全ての要素が石川県産にこだわることをモットーとし、水は白山の伏流水を用い、地元の酒米と地元の酵母で醸しています。
