A small sake brewery established in 1915 in Suzu at the tip of the Noto Peninsula. Through cold winters, we slowly and carefully brew sake without worrying about the low volume.

能登半島の突端・珠洲市で、1915年創業の小さな酒造会社です。寒い冬に少量をあわてずゆっくり丁寧に楽しみながら造っております。
